The bundle goes out from your own email, not from ours. When the shipping bill comes back, LEXI reads it and checks it against your invoice, your packing list and the original PO before you accept it.

A cover letter on your letterhead, carrying the summary and the authorised signatory, so a submission does not come back over the format rather than the trade.
